Terms and conditions KISKOES

If you place an order at KISKOES you declare yourself in agreement with the following terms of delivery. An order in our webshop has result in a payment obligation. You can place an order 24 hours a day.

You can pay directly via PayPal for which no additional costs are calculated. You can also pay in advance and transfer the amount on IBAN NL87INGB0005316285 in name of Zonjee Grafisch Ontwerp in Tilburg.

As soon as the payment is received, your order will be sent within 1 or 2 days by PostNL.

Is a particular product out of stock, then state this to the particular product listed. When it comes to handmade products such as decorative pillows, the duration vary. But you will always get a message when the duration of the delivery is different, even if it can be delivered earlier.

Colour deviations 

You should keep in mind that the display colors not always exactly match the colors of the physical product. If you doubt, you can always contact us.

Complaints/Warranty

Do you have complaints regarding the products delivered? Please contact us within 48 hours and we will make every effort to reach a satisfactory solution.

Contract 

if the delivery of your order has not taken place within four weeks, you have the right to dissolve the agreement with us and you can request repayment of the amount paid by you.
